Rosehill Group Limited was incorporated on December 15, 1999 with No. RC: 371095. The Group officially commenced operations in January, 2000.

The Group is a Diversified Holding Company; with interest in oil and gas, trading, infrastructure development, power and engineering, information and communication technology, financial services and property development.

The group is head-quartered in Abuja with business offices in Kaduna, Lagos, Gusau, Rome (Italy) and Dubai (UAE).

Rosehill Group comprises of a group of seven companies that are independent but related in the service of enhancing life standards and providing services to the delight and pleasure of our clients.

The group draws competencies from its subsidiaries to deliver innovative solutions.

Since its inception 1999, the Group has whole heartedly ensured the continuous and progressive growth of its subsidiaries.

Diversification Strategy

In 2007, The Group embarked on diversification into the Agricultural Sector and Oil and Gas.

The Group has acquired three Farm Lands in Kaduna State for turnkey Poultry Production; our target is to produce 20million eggs and One million broilers annually. This project is in Partnership with an International Poultry group based in Israel.

As part of our strategic repositioning we will embark in 2008, the following energy initiatives.

-        Investment in Gas and Pipeline  assets

The Company has staff strength of over 200 people spread over its subsidiaries, as well as maintaining technical and advisory affiliations and partnerships with contacts overseas on various projects.
